Cutting machines used in production are from the German firm HOMAG, the global market leader for wood processing machines.
Our experienced operators using precision equipment make exacting grooves to house the panels in frame and panel construction and drawer bottoms.
We have 3 edge banding machine, 2 KDT and 1 Nanxing, both are IPO company top brand in China. Every hour we finish 100 pcs of board on all 4 sides, or 1pc board every 36 seconds.
For this area, we have 3 drilling machines. One has sensor can automatic recognize the panel if cutted wrong and will stop, each hour can drill 1200 pcs. Another one has double position for drilling which means it’s more efficiency every hours drill 1800 pcs.
Before we apply the lacquer finish, our team inspects the base item for color and measurement. Once it passes our quality check, we’ll affix the tracking sticker to the back of the panel prior to applying the lacquer finish on top. We apply the base coat and let the items dry for 3 to 4 hours before sanding. Overall, we apply three rounds of base coat and sanding for a perfect finish. We can use a sanding machine on flat surfaces; however, shaping doors require more expensive, sanding by hand.
After door shaping, we clean every panel to prepare it for gluing then applying the PVC finish. The thickness of PVC is 0.035mm, which means the door should last 10 to 15 years as long as moisture is not excessive.
